This Masonic Map of Illinois was drawn and published by William Billington in 1862. Bro. Billington was a civil engineer and one of the five founding members of Tyrian Lodge No.333 that were raised while working under dispensation before being chartered in October of 1860, Bro. In June members of Tyrian Lodge No.333 donated a weekend and lots of sweat to build a privacy fence in the backyard of the latest foster home being established by the James Project. With already donated materials the Tyrian members took to removing an old ninety six foot long chain link fence and replacing it with a six foot high wooden picket privacy fence.
